Students can contact The office of Student Services for the following issues:
- Issues related to academic affairs such as: Course registration (Study plan, course registration, timetable, etc.);
- Course assessment (Exam schedule, exam postponement, exam time change, taking the exam after postponement, review, review of exam after review, regulations on English exemption, consideration of exemption from credits, etc.);
- Other tasks related to academic affairs management such as: temporary leave of absence, withdrawal, transfer of level, transfer of training system, list of academic affairs processing, etc.
