The conference is an annual activity of the University aimed at evaluating the results of the previous academic year’s tasks, discussing plans, and setting directions for the new academic year, while also identifying long-term strategic goals. In addition, the conference also focused on discussing the roadmap for transforming Ton Duc Thang University into the Ton Duc Thang University System (2025-2027 phase), in line with integration trends and enhancing the University’s position in both the Vietnamese and international higher education systems.

During the working session, leaders from both sides shared updates on training, research, and innovation activities, while also discussing future directions for collaboration. The discussion highlighted four key pillars of cooperation: Green Fuels & Green Energy, Chemicals & Advanced Materials, Recycling & Energy Storage, and Digital Transformation & AI.

The event was held to meaningfully commemorate the 96th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Trade Union (July 28, 1929 – July 28, 2025), and to especially celebrate the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 – September 2, 2025). This was also an opportunity for TDTU trade union members to strengthen bonds, share experiences, and work together to further enhance the effectiveness of trade union activities in the coming time.

From the very first morning of the enrollment week, the campus has already become vibrant and colorful with the presence of thousands of the youngest members of Intake 29 “K29 Freshmen” and many parents and families accompanying their children.

With the mission of “Education, research, and creativity for the comprehensive development of people and society,” the Academic Year 2025-2026 will be the year in which TDTU implements many strategies, mechanisms, and policies in response to and with determination to successfully carry out Central resolutions, remains steadfast in its goal of becoming a world-class research university, making practical contributions to the development and building of the nation.
