At the working session, Dr. Tran Trong Dao – President of TDTU – expressed his desire to establish a cooperative relationship with the People’s Police Academy in order to further expand connections with higher education institutions nationwide in general, and particularly within the police sector.

During the meeting, the two sides discussed promoting and connecting strategic cooperation activities between TDTU and Colombian universities. They both emphasized the potential to attract Colombian students to study at TDTU through a scholarship program specifically for Colombian students at the undergraduate and graduate levels.

According to the content of the MoU, both parties agreed to cooperate based on the principles of equality, voluntariness, mutual respect, and coordinated efforts carried out with the highest sense of responsibility and commitment. The collaboration aims to leverage the strengths and potential of each institution to serve common interests and contribute positively to the development of both universities.
